What happens when God’s people refuse to answer the call to holiness? This past Sunday we began a series from 2 Kings that corresponds to the time line of Micah’s prophecy (which we are studying in our Sunday morning class). Micah prophesied during the time frame of the last half of 2nd Kings. The biggest problem of mankind throughout time is that we don’t listen to God’s word. We certainly see this in the 2nd half of 2nd Kings. Israel’s refusal to listen would lead to their destruction (2 Kings 17).
