What is divine providence? Divine providence is the governance of God by which He, with wisdom and love, cares for and directs all things in the universe. The doctrine of divine providence asserts that God is in complete control of all things.
An example of divine providence is found in the story of Joseph (Genesis 37-50). God’s divine providence is directly acknowledged in Genesis 50:20.
Genesis 50:20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.
This Sunday, we will take a closer look at Divine Providence, some examples from Scripture, and what it means to us today. Looking forward to seeing everyone.
In Christ,
