Over the last few weeks we looked at clothing ourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. These are all good attributes that should mark the life of every Christian. But as important as it is to display these character traits it is just as important that we never compromise our faith in God or the standards by which he calls us to live by. Over the next few Sunday’s we are going to look at the book of Daniel, specifically, chapters 1,2,3,5, and 6 and see how Daniel not only survived but prospered in a pagan society while at the same time leading others to a knowledge of truth. Daniel’s life shows us how to do the right things in the right ways while glorifying God and leading others to Him.
