Habakkuk 2:4 …the righteous person will live by his faithfulness. Has any brief slogan made a bigger impact than this one? For Habakkuk, this meant that righteous people must patiently trust God during difficult times. The idea of trusting God even when everything seems to be going wrong is expanded in the New Testament. Habakkuk 2:4 is quoted three times in the New Testament; in Romans 1:17, Galatians 3:11, and Hebrews 10:38. This week we will look at these verses plus a few more to we see what it means to live by our faithfulness.
